Distributorship

The conclusion of distributorship agreements is at the basis of a large number of business arrangements between local entrepreneurs and their foreign suppliers as well as between manufacturing and processing companies established in Malta and their customers overseas.

The firm is specialised in the structuring of distributorship arrangements as well as in reviewing and drafting distributorship agreements which may have been proposed to or are to be proposed by its clients. In so doing, we place particular emphasis on the implications arising under competition law and the various principles established through case law. We also assist clients during the negotiation stages of such distributorship arrangements and with any applicable intellectual property issues.
