The firm has, on various occasions, been commissioned by the European Commission to prepare reports, on a regular basis, on the general legal, judicial, administrative and political situation in Malta in certain areas of equality, particularly in the field of employment law. We have also compiled reports on the status of the transposition of certain directives of the European Union on equality.
